Given election deadlines, I would expect that J. Alito would move quickly in deciding whether to order a response. But he didn't last time.

Be so much easier to just have districts drawn by zip codes, # of districts divided by # of zip codes = districts. Then have open primaries top 2 go to the election top vote getter wins. Oh wait that might mean we have a damn
