In North Carolina, we are finding that some voters are inexplicably being moved to "inactive" status - but no one seems to be tracking it, so we don't know how big the problem is.

It's pretty easy to quantify # changes since weekly dumps of the entire state voter rolls are publicly available.

Is that something you know how and have capacity to do? Can you sort changes by ethnicity and party affiliation (and county)?
