    Actually, this story is strange. Every fact in it was reported at least 8 months ago. And as the @DHSgov rep notes, much has been done since then. The threat is real, and there is more to do, but this story is about 8 months too late.

        Nope. To my recollection DHS testified to all of this in June before Senate Intel, along with testimony from the IL election director. This is the oldest of news.
