This is huge! This law was a “rerun” of “SB4” from the NCGA Dec. 2016 “power grab” session, that was separately overturned by an NC Superior Court 3-judge panel.

Thank goodness for this ruling which keeps democracy in NC on life support. It is being suffocated by the extreme gerrymander imposed by the Republicans... Hoping the Supreme Court will help break the gerrymander this summer.
