No other pure partisanship cases currently in state ct that I know of. NC state ct still has race-based claim, VA state ct has compactness claim. Cases in GA, MI still live in lower fed cts; NC, PA, TX, WI fed cases now at SCOTUS. (Those are a mix of state leg & congress.)
But, perhaps new cases using a similar strategy in states where it's available?
Perhaps. Time's running out for new cases, I suspect, if it hasn't run out already. These PA cases were already in the hopper, filed last year. Courts are going to be less and less sympathetic to new cases as the Census gets closer.
