That could be. It struck me because all four dissented from a similar order before Gill was argued. Then again, maybe I should just be patient and wait for the opinions?

yeah, all of these cases will turn on the outcome in gill, so waiting is the best option rn.

North Carolinians deserve the ability to elect a government who represents us. This is neither "gobbledygook" nor "steak rub" - this is politicians who have insulated themselves from being accountable to voters (of course, we may not even be able to vote if Farr is confirmed).
