MSNBC reported tonight that Moore filed his complaint in the wrong court. Any truth to that? Haven't see the complaint.

Thanks! Sorry I missed it. I assumed that Senate was only (waste of time) option, as I thought that it was pretty clear that federal courts won't hear contests for House or Senate elections. Predictions for his next step?
