The NYT push notification I just got says "President Trump not in violation of the Emoluments Clause, a judge ruled, dismissing a suit accusing him of profiting through his office." But that's not right, is it? Didn't say he's not violating

The court explicitly declined to rule on whether or not he was in violation of the clause. Said that was up to Congress.

Ruling as (mostly) expected. NYT "breaking" headers often don't correspond to actual (corrected) heds. But occasionally both fail. Editors don't get the details & some heds come from AP
