So @Dahlialithwick went into journalism, knew there was a story about AK there, and is only now coming out with this info? I appreciate her honesty in supporting those who spoke out first, but wow. She had little to lose by warning others about Alex Kozinski.

The fact that Kozinski says he does not recall ever showing a clerk pornography is his chambers is itself disgusting. Is that something one just can't recall either way? If he can't say he never showed a clerk pornography in his chambers: resign.
