Will read it when I can- maybe will persuade me it's close. Agree w/yr larger point that POTUS sometimes will have good legal arguments in his side & some ignore that in general

On the enviro/nat res/admin law issues I follow most closely the admin's legal positions so far have been pretty poor tho.
