Fyi, Alex Kozinski was app'd to CA9 @ 35. Anyway, it's not age. Tho tbh when I hlped pick/confirm >30 federal judges, Alex was way youngest.

The point is not his age. If I read correctly he has been out of school 3 years. He’s never tried a case more or less been a judge. He’s a lawyer/blogger

I agree. If he's too young to be president, he's way to young to judge one - federal judges have a lot of power. Supremely creepy move... & I bet the intelligence community is buzzing hard about this after what happened to the former fbi director. This whole thing is nuts.
