Considering that UOCAVA ballots should have already been sent with Moore's name on it, would you still support replacement?
depends if they can get replacement ballots out to those voters

But isn't there sort of moral hazard/slippery slope problem with your approach? What would stop a party from pulling a candidate who was polling worse than expected and replacing her with 3 weeks to go with a more popular option?
