North Carolina avoids the reprinting issue by saying if there is a replacement candidate from a party after ballots are printed, votes for the withdrawn name on ballot count for the replacement /1

It’s ironic that in this age of gerrymandering u wrote “..2 allow the greatest scope for public participation in the electoral process”, while I agree with u, if it was a Dem that had 2 withdraw the GOP would be fighting tooth& nail 2 stop a replacement. What do the Dems say?
