With instant runoff voting, those Libertarian votes could have been allocated to D or R, potentially flipping control of VA House. Right @fairvote?

1/Instant runoff (or approval voting) are for 1-winner elections—gov, pres, etc. For legislature, there’s #PropRep—STV or #PLACEvoting.
2/A proportional result in VA would be 54 D, 45 R, 1G (or Ind or Lib?). #PLACEvoting could give such a result w/same districts and machines.
