sounds like maybe no appeal of the preliminary injunction....maybe appeal later?

As I read the opinion (which to say, quickly), I judgment was entered in favor of defendants. So I think case is over?
yes I've gone back to the opinion and I agree. But then the quote from the attorney to continue fighting this later make no sense.
