        You mean (i)? If so, (ii) is clearly criminal as well and only requires $2,000. Frankly, had there been tangible intel, value prob > $25,000

        I'm not sure how to put a price tag on oppo research, except to consider how much other researchers have paid for it in the past. Prob >25K.

        One could also just put a price tag on the info the Russian hackers DID, in fact, disclose. How much would it have cost to pay for that?
