90 days will be up by the time SCOTUS hears it in Sept. so won't the travel "pause" aka Muslim Ban be moot?

Should have been a long time ago. But
@POTUS was focused on his EO instead of doing a review. -
So, he is wasting our time and putting our security at risk if indeed there are weaknesses. He should have done the review first.
