Every indication that Gorsuch will be among the most conservative, if not THE most conservative Justice on SCOTUS, as many of us said.

The problem is the SCOTUS has the ability to pass law from case law. Laws should only be passed by the legislative not the SCOTUS

Lolwut? You basically want to throw away the U.S. Constitution, Marbury v. Madison, and centuries of jurisprudence, checks & balances?

the const. is a weak document. and now the scotus has quasi-king status. that doesn't work, nor was it the original intent of the court
