This Washington Times article presents this "study" as just one of two sides in an otherwise contested issue. No serious debate.

There's no good evidence that millions, or hundreds of thousands, or even thousands of noncitizen voters voted in 2016 elections
-
So far it looks like there have been *30* cases of noncitizen voting identified.https://www.brennancenter.org/publication/noncitizen-voting-missing-millions …
-
Idea that there could be a conspiracy of 5 million noncitizen voters voting without detection is ludicrous.
-
It looks like the contrary "study" cited (but not linked) in Washington Times is based upon misinterpretation of survey data.
-
but no matter: I expect Pence/Kobach faux "election integrity" commission will use this study to justify measures making it harder to vote

Reminds me of the open data conference where folks said "open data, good!" I said "yeesss, but open data also -> misrepresentation of facts"

Im curious what it's like to live so far removed from reality. This fails rational thought.
