The court opinion just a few weeks old, not yet in F Supp 3d. Thanks for any advice.

I'd call the chambers of the authoring judge. Best if you can talk with authoring judge's clerk directly.

Based on my time interning at SDNY I'd say this is right. Just call the chambers.

Wouldn't informal note to dissenter noting title change be sufficient? He/she could provide update as edit to draft before publication.
