The court opinion just a few weeks old, not yet in F Supp 3d. Thanks for any advice.

I'd call the chambers of the authoring judge. Best if you can talk with authoring judge's clerk directly.
-
Based on my time interning at SDNY I'd say this is right. Just call the chambers.

Calling chambers is 1st step, but even if judges issue order w correction u have to reach out to WL & LN separately to flag the order/change

Notify the parties' attorneys, let them handle it.

I'd call chambers and leave a message. But to make the change, the court would likely have to issue a corrected order (unlikely to happen).

I would definitely contact authoring judge first. Both judges I clerked for would field such call and make that correction.

I think calling or emailing the judge's chambers would be best.

I tried this once by calling SDNY clerk. No luck. I tried calling Westlaw. They won’t change it unless court changes it.

Contact clerk's office by phone to tell them there's a potential correction, then send in writing to clerk.
