no it cannot. the legislature can apply for rehearing, which is almost never granted.

What about lower court decision that stated NC had 2 schedule new elections this year & redraw districts deemed discriminatory?Still stands?

Thought it was same case. Wasn't that included in the "surgical precision" case SCOTUS addressed today?
