I observed a dozen NV polls. Was informed of just 1 attempt to vote twice - by Trumpkin trying to prove the GOP voter fraud myth was true.

My mom mailed in her ballot only days before she passed away (Nov 4, '16) She hated Trump. The dead CAN vote.

There's a reason mail-in/early ballots are identifiable to specific voters, & that is so ballots can be found & removed in cases like that.
