After replying, you can go to your profile page, click Tweets & replies, and retweet your own reply. Decidedy UNhandy, but at least doable.

A bit easier way: click the reply arrow again–on the tweet that you just replied to–scroll down to your reply, then RT it. (Still UNhandy.)
