So Gorsuch has to undergo one day of unpleasant questioning. But we will likely live with his whims for the next 30-40 years.
The best case scenario for progressives is that Gorsuch votes like CJ Roberts. He won't be a Kennedy. He could well be an Alito or Thomas.
