@derekwillis There's a chance Republicans will try to set a national voter ID law, change parts of the NVRA and the VRA -
if manner of voting mandated, could states ignore for non-federal elections?

@derekwillis it depends. We've had IL, MS, and KS over last few decades try to set up dual voting systems for state/local elex.
