      Issue w the original Oct. 28 Comey letter wasn't that he issued it -- was how *vague* it was. Became a Choose Your Own Adventure letter

      Ideally, omey should not have sent letter giiven longstanding FBI practice to avoid disrupting elections.But inevitable leak required notice

          The fact the FBI has a leak problem is a managerial issue for Comey. The partisanship is a nightmare for democracy.
