But the remedy is not to prohibit the selfies (speech). It is to prohibit people from forcing/coercing voters to take selfies.

To answer the Q raised in last paragraph: I can imagine a more narrowly tailored law. Forbid vote buying.

Exchange of value as an element of the crime, and the photo is proof, but is not a free-floating crime in itself.
