        They need not, nor should they rely on Internet. Hardwired, polling stations wouldn't even need a LAN, right?

        Some states have computer poll books with resident files. Some are connected to state database via internet. 2/

        If each precinct has a verified database, stored on hardware that's hardwired, disrupted Internet isn't an issue
