Ben Ginsberg on MSNBC did not seem to dismiss idea that some ballots could be changed even now if Trump or Pence withdraws. I'm skeptical.
I was chief author of MN's Military and Overseas Voting Act. Changing candidates now would violate servicemembers' voting rights.
But what is supposed to happen if a candidate becomes incapacitated or dies before election? Surely we don't elect dead man.
interestingly, the Pentagon might be the one to stand in the way. UOCAVA requires ballots be finalized 45 days out.
I am skeptical too. Especially since people have already voted.
