@jeffreynye what's the 14th amendment claim in NOT changing the law? Maybe bad policy but why a fed constitutional wrong?

@Nedfoley@jeffreynye presumably Rs would raise Art. II argument not to change reg dates while Dems would raise equal protection to change -
equal p? What's unequal about not extending deadline for anyone? Harsh maybe but unequal? Discrim Impact not enuf???
