This group did a major mailing in WI one week after the April presidential primary. 2/

Many, many people who registered on election day were told they weren't registered to vote.

Additionally, the instructions included are often not clear or incomplete. 5/

This time of year, my office gets dozens of registrations forms each day that need to be returned to voters. 6/

It's a time-consuming process at a time when we're mailing thousands of ballots & processing 100s of other reg forms. 7/

And in the end, it's a disservice to the voters they're trying to help. 8/8

Coincidentally, voter reg form mailed to my house today (not from VPC). If I followed instructions, I wouldn't get registered.
