@rickhasen thanks for add'l post. does your analysis depend on Trump being front runner? Would Gilmore have had standing? Vermin Supreme?
@JoshuaADouglas a competitive candidate who is spending sums getting elected---not sure exactly where the line is.

@rickhasen Well I guess that's my point. Trump would have to prove that his spending is directly attributable to Cruz being on the ballot. -
