Given the result in King v. Burwell, biggest question is why did #SCOTUS take case? My guess is Kennedy went along with full hearing.

@rickhasen Fact is there were different circuit decisions. You need SCOTUS to issue the definitive ruling. -
@rickhasen Of course, as I like to say the real legal outrage was that ACA wasn't upheld 9-0 in the fact place three years ago.
