So two big election cases come before #SCOTUS conference Friday. Will they need to be vetted twice before possibly granted? In October?

@rickhasen Last year, the Court did one additional conference to vet the additional cases and parcel out some grants.

@smmarotta@rickhasen SCOTUS had 8 cert grants 7/1/14; issuance of orders day after last decisions has been SOP for years.
