@rickhasen technically you can't pre-coordinate either with a SuperPAC. I can easily see it outspending campaign on ads. But ground game?
.@MarcACaputo Not sure that's true if he's not yet a candidate. That's @FredWertheimer theory but who knows what courts would do?
