That is, there's a fairly good chance of no decision tomorrow on #SSM cases. It could come a week or two later. But cert denials? Anyone?
Who out there is predicting that the Supreme Court will DENY cert. in the same sex marriage cases? If not tomorrow, then in a few weeks?

I got it right last time but now, they have to grant cert in SSM cases (unless AMK has an unthinkable change of mind). RT
