@rickhasen In legal terms, I think I agree. But I also think these things can cause confusion/mischief depending on where targeted.

@joshtpm The Grimes claim is intimidation.Weak.Misleading is stronger claim, but not law and 1st Amendment protected. But ad is despicable. -
