@TheRepLawyer DOJ is not nonpartisan. It is controlled by the President's appointee. Bush DOJ very different from Obama DOJ. -
@rickhasen yes Bush DOJ followed law, Obama ignores what they "don't like" but career appointees are hardly non-partisan. -
