@rickhasen Maybe the Long Conference ran REALLY long.
OK, so no orders this morning from #SCOTUS. Has there been any PUBLIC explanation for this?

@MDAppeal@rickhasen Could be. Here's pre-conference speculation by @RMResJudicata http://richardresjudicata.wordpress.com/2014/09/08/no-grants-from-the-long-conference/ … -
@crescat@rickhasen @RMResJudicata Even accounting for relist effect, I expected at least to see a slew of cert denials by 9:30 a.m. -
@MDAppeal@rickhasen I agree. The fact that there are no denials means the jury's still out on @RMResJudicata's theory. -
@crescat@MDAppeal@rickhasen @RMResJudicata I looked at the last two Terms' journals, and grants were issued ASAP, but denials were held. -
@crescat@MDAppeal@rickhasen @RMResJudicata Similar to January: Court grants on Friday denies on Monday. Who knows with relists, tho.
