@rickhasen Agreed. Oral argument is poor indicator of whether a justice is "disrespectful" to Court, colleagues. -
@rickhasen Many have similarly criticized J. Sotomayor's aggressive, interruption-heavy OA style, implying she has no respect for process. -
@rickhasen Neither claim (against Soto or Thomas) is convincing--judge them by their jurisprudence, not by # of words they say at argument. -
When all is said and done, history will judge Thomas the man as well as Thomas the judge. Won't be pretty. RT
