@rickhasen I agree with that, too, and that Ds filibuster of Estrada was unprecedented and procedurally wrong. Bad faith. But Ds ultimately -

@rickhasen circuit fight not about qualifications or even ideology of nominees--merely about blocking prez of other party from doing -
