In 50 years, someone will be able to look at a Justice's papers and figure out back story in Fisher. Perhaps a 5-4 with scathing dissent?

@Bonneau_Says It only takes one Justice to hold on to a memo or draft dissent from another. Hard to keep it quiet forever. Just 50 yrs -
@rickhasen Point is that these are less likely to be honest express. Memos less likely to be sent. Behavior modified based on expectations.
