He acted inappropriately in mixed company, at dinners, at lunches, at movie nights, with clerks, with professors. It was constant and very obvious. If J. Kavanaugh missed it, he misses a lot of very sketchy behavior. That’s problematic.

I worked in a District Court elsewhere in the 9th Circuit and this was well known behavior. So not only would Kavanaugh have to have missed it, he would have had to have never talked to anyone else who worked anywhere in the circuit.

By the time I clerked in 94 for a different 9th circuit judge in a different state, all the clerks knew.
