        I had an incomplete in a poli s I grad school class at @unc in 1972 and the instructor allowed me to make it up by lecturing on NC redistricting 6 times in a 12 year period 1986 to 1998. I eventually got my masters degree in 2004. All true.

        Maybe include how some of the municipalities have stifled their constituents' access to a fair election due to shenanigans with board allocation - like Orange County did. Of course it's LEGAL, but is it fair?
