Why do you think the news media takes it as a foregone conclusion that his name can be removed? What difference does it make that he owns a home in Florida and in DC? Theoretically, anybody can change residences, whether they rent or own, right? Isn't this an obfuscation of law?

Ballots aren’t printed yet as state primaries haven’t even been held yet. Doesn’t something bizarre need to happen to get off the ballot like bring nominated to a judgeship in Brooklyn ? Then a party committee in Buffalo nominates a replacement for congressional race
