My predictions for Gill v. Whitford: 6-3 decision against excessive gerrymandering. Roberts in the majority and writes the opinion, which is based on First Amendment freedom of association and not 14th equal protection.

Correction: I spoke too soon. From the calendar on SCOTUSBlog, looks like only opinions tomorrow, not orders. Which would make sense given that the scheduled conference tomorrow is the first since the last order list came out. So likely no cert. decision on AH until at least Mon.
