No, but I'm not for it - it wouldn't really fix what people don't like about the current size, and would tend to make it harder for the House to be part of an effective transformative legislature. I think >1000 would be problematic.

215 more seats can reduce gerrymandering and improve equitable division (such as reducing remainders that favor certain districts) while significantly reducing the number of people represented in each district. Sorts of things people seem to care about. Net might be worth it.
