Huh. Hadn't looked at today's decisions TBH. Roberts already has an assignment too--I'd assumed he would write any affirmance and AMK would write a reversal. Sorta shocked that they would pass on that for some pretty obscure cases . . . Interesting.

The only way he has MD case is if it is folded in with Gill. Only 8 cases from the March sitting, and Kennedy wrote Hughes. Highly unlikely that he has two major decisions from one sitting.
