good thing the A/C just kicked on here on an early Monday #SCOTUS morning here at @UCILaw.
Standing by for opinions. I would not be surprised to see Ohio or Minn. this morning. Gill also possible, especially if the Court ducks the merits (as some have speculated)

I for one have no idea what the Court is going to do in the partisan gerrymandering cases. Much harder to read the Court than usual, especially after argument in the second (Maryland) redistricting case this term.

Worth noting that Court decided divisive Masterpiece Cakeshop case today, which was argued in DECEMBER, while Gill, the WI partisan gerrymandering case has been pending since OCTOBER 3. (Though it might decide case with Maryland case, which was argued at end of March)

All in favor of whatever the gop needs and wants will be the outcome. We are a dictatorship before the end of June

It’s called following the constitution. If was a dictatorship you would t be on Twitter babbling your mouth against this administration. Go to Venezuela and try that. Or Cuba. Hahahaha

So are you advocating all states choose legislators & Congress at-large?
-
Tweet unavailable
-
"At large" refers to electing people from an entire jurisdiction rather than dividing it into districts. Thus, everyone in a state would vote for say 10 candidates for US House,25 for State Senate,75 for State Assembly if those were the numbers.

Punt on Gill and Lemone; Rules in favor of Ohio; Rules against Texas; Rules against Minnesota.
